Skjervenfossen

På veien mellom Voss og Granvin finner vi ‘Skjervenfossen’ og – når solen står i riktig vinkel i relasjon til fossen, kan man oppleve helt spesielle effekter.
On the road between the ski-metropol Voss and the municipality of Granvin you may come across a waterfall named ‘Skjervenfossen’. It’s worth timing your passage because if you pass whilst the sun is at a perfect angle to this waterfall, you might get an expeerience you won’t forget for a long time!
Slik som for eksempel dette?!

Like for instance something like this one!

That’s stunning! I hope some day my husband and I will be able to visit. My husband has talked about seeing Norway. We never have. The closest we’ve been is Finland, and there we only visited Helsinki.

When I was sitting by the waterfall I also saw an eagle flying above the fall! Looking down on me where I was having my tasty food!

Det må nevnes at fossen er delt i 2 av en avsats der total fallhøyde angies til 135 meter!
The waterfall have a total fall of 135 metres or 405 feet! On this picture you only see the upper part of the waterfall!
