Cloud Formations

Actually I promised you the rest of ‘Natures Replay’ later, but looking through yesterdays pictures I’ve concluded that they somehow belong together. That’s why this post will be split into two halves: First ‘Cloud Formations’ and then the rest of what I calles ‘Natures Replay’.

Originally it started out just like sunsets usually do, but suddenly the cloud banks were getting thicker, becoming higher and wilder . . .
It also started to rain lightly!

Soon it evolved into a situation, where we had the sunset on one side whilst wild rain clouds were building up on the other side.

But they never got the dark lilac tone from the day before.
.
Men de innholdt regn!  Derom var det liten tvil!
But they did contain rain. That’s for sure!
På den andre siden  fortsatte solnedgangen!
On the opposite side the sunset kept on going.
Begge hendelser var absolutt verd fotografering.
Both events were worth photographing!
.

For approximately 20 seconds there were actually a rainbow lying low over the hill on the horizon, but I was to slow to discover it.

.
.
.

Here I decided to go back inside, believing that it would mostly be over for this time?
I wanted to check out the pictures I had shot. But – again I was rong! It was by no means over! And that’s why the rest of the pictures will be presented in my next post.

(Compliments of SRB )
Please return me to INDEX for a new destination
