Winter Daybreak

Much of our snow has thawed, but then suddenly we got a cold wave with temperatures down towards minus 18-20 degrees C and which is now in its second week! Nature becomes white and beautiful, but should perhaps best be enjoyed from within?
The consolation is that with each passing day, we are a little closer to spring. . .

Beautiful scene! It is grey and cold in my neck of the woods. I can’t wait to see some signs of spring.
