Høsten er like omskiftelig som den pleier å være, ja faktisk mer enn vanlig! Her har jeg samlet et lite knippe med bilder både når ting ser lysere ut og når det bare er trist! 🙂

Autumn is as changeable as it usually is, in fact, more than usual! Here I have collected a small bunch of pictures both when things look brighter and when it’s just sad! 🙂

The good news is that the ‘Old Classic Editor’ is still here, still available; they have only camouflaged the way inside in a different way, but I must admit I’m getting pretty fed up with all these changes without any explanations on beforehand. My cup is getting rather filled up!
(Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to INDEX for a new picture/destination.
Lovely photos Svein…you captured the different moods well!
Thank you, Ally!
In one picture I had to focus on the raindrops outside of the windowpane to make you really see! 🙂
Yes I liked that one. 🙂
Thank you, Ally! Already 50% of the leaves have fallen! No turning around now! 🙂
Yes, and we are going into summer on the other side of the planet! 🙂
Your problem! Something tells me it is going to be a hot one! 🙂
I think you could be right, it’s just lucky that we live on the coast! 🙂
You will probably need a jacuzzi?! No fire hazard nor coronavirus! 🙂
Yes, something like that would be very nice.
I bet! 😉
Fantastic, sweet colours!
Thank you, Paola!
Fantastic colours. Autumn is a wonderful season with the colours, even though it is cold the colours look warm.
I also have found the Classic editor as I like it very much, I know I would have much trouble with the new one, so I also stick with it. I just don’t understand why they have to change it all the time.
To prove themselves to their managing director documented their qualifications and their wages! They don’t care a hoot in hell about the consequences for their users!
The world may seem a bit unfair at times! As for myself, I was milliseconds away from terminating my credit card and leave the WP, but they saved themselves by responding rather quickly showing me where to find the door opener to Old Classic.
Originally, of course, they don’t want us to know!
piękne oznaki jesieni !
Tak, solidne dowody na to, że nie ma powrotu! 🙂
Yay! You got to the classic editor! Beautiful shots and seems fall is definitely arriving in your back yard!
I subscribe to WP’s newsletters, which is how I learn about what they’re doing. It’s free, however, I doubt many people know about it or want to take the time to read it. Even those brilliant techies that create the themes for WP are struggling with the new editor. So hang in there and don’t give up!
😉
I never was a ‘techie’, but I was fortunate enough to have a job that involved using PC-work in the mid 80’thies. Then my age was about 55 and my brain would co-operate to a certain extent :-), but – it’s way too late nowadays! I have told them time and time again
that elderly people cannot remember what they are told for more than a couple of days at a time 🙂 , thus it is pretty futile to follow any newsletters regarding technical issues! So I don’t bother to use the time! If they won’t listen, nor understand, it is entirely up to them, but I am here as long as my access to the old Classic Editor is open – and not a single minute longer! That is final! (And they should know! I have told them a dozen times!)
I hope they continue to make the classic editor visible to users.
I don’t think they want to, otherwise, they could have made one visible line:
Please indicate your preferred editor and 2 boxes to mark off, but they do not!
Instead, they try to hide the entrance and only reveal ‘how-to’ when things get tough!
Well, I will renew my option to ‘Premium’ for another year, but if I get any more nonsense
I’ll make the quickest exit you have ever seen, and I won’t be looking back!
It may be hard to admit that their new fancy editor is so fancy that only seasoned programmers can use it? But if they one day decide to take the Old Classic away, they will surely lose 60-70% of their bloggers over the next 2-3 weeks.
Yes, I am afraid they will lose many of their followers. It’s like – What were they thinking!!?
Change in seasons cannot be put on pause, maybe thats a good thing. As for WP…. progress is inevitable but most changes seem counter productive changes for us simple users.
You can say that again, David! I will be changing lenses in my eyes in a couple of weeks, but perhaps I ought to apply for a ‘change of brains’ as well?
You are certainly a keen photographer. Thank you for capturing those sumptuous autumn colours.
Thank you! Doing the best I can! And – you may look forward to my next publishing with a sunset to remember!
(Rarely seen before!) Perhaps you should try visiting my report from ‘The Voeringfoss Waterfall’? I really think that you will enjoy that one.
And make sure you open all pictures into full screen and navigate the surroundings”
