Det nærmer seg hjemreise, men en lite aftentur kan man vel bevilge seg? Her oppe pleier det faktisk å være en ganske kald vind, men denne uken har det vært ganske fantastisk!
The time for returning home draws nearer! Up here in this area, it is usually blowing icy winds, but this week the weather has been rather fantastic!

Please return me to INDEX for a new picture/destination.

🙂 ❤
I did! And you will probably soon find why I crossed the plains! 🙂
A stunning scene with the majestic mountain in the background. It’s nice that you had lovely weather during your holiday.
Thank you! And yes, fortunate with thr weather to be in these parts!
😄
Thank you for sharing your pictures and the detailed descriptions. Perhaps in the next few years I can compare your mountains and lakes with mine here in Canada.
You are welcome, Verle! You must have just as many lakes as we have, being a much larger territory – especially up North, but the Hardanger plains that I just visited is the largest plains inside Northern Europe! And in the SouthWestern corner, there must be close to 50 large and small lakes – some with reasonably large trouts! 🙂
Tusen takk, Annemor
It seems that you timed you trip very well! Thanks for sharing your lovely photos and commentary. Have a safe journey home. Cheryl
By now, I have been home for a week already, Cheryl.
It does take a bit of time processing nearly 500 pictures you know!
I can imagine it is cold up there, no trees, surely windy. you were lucky to have the week with the best weather.
The Mountain top is usually covered in snow that cools down the winds!
