Appreciate the Cornflower

At this time of year, the cornflower emerges with its intricate and beautiful blue crown;
a small work of art with a touch of purple and black. The longer you study this flower, the more beautiful it actually becomes. At least in my eyes ?!

    It is an absolutely beautiful flower. And your pictures are out of this world. Such a great blue. Simple flowers and such beauty with their fancy petals. I had some planted, growing form seeds and I was very happy too. please see them here: https://utesmile.wordpress.com/2020/07/17/cornflowers/
