The Rainstorm

We have had some erratic weather in recent times, and from having registered temperatures around 32 C already in the month of June,  today (July 21st) we have a full 13 degrees! It rained last night, and it rained this morning and now. . .
Now it looks like the rest is coming ?!
I apologize for the picture deviating from our regular format in this case.
It is done solely to give you the best possible impression of what awaits us here!
But – at the same time it is a bit exciting because this is the time when the sun goes down! So what kind of pictures may I get if the sun manages to break through this weather?

Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to  INDEX  for a new picture/destination.

As it turned out, the sun did manage to break through, and – I got a number of spectacular shots which I will be publishing throughout the day!

We just had a thunderstorm go through with a lot of lightning. It seemed to be right on top of us and the thunder clapped so loud the building shook. Our lights flickered a few times but nothing major. The sky in your photo looks ominous, however, gorgeous colors with the white clouds and dark blue sky.
