The Blue Hour (June)

Det er uvanlige forhold om dagen. Først kom solnedgangen, og den har dere jo fått se, men så kom ‘den blå timen’. Og en time etter det igjen så kom rødfargene. Da var klokken nærmere 23.30!
.
The weather conditions are pretty unusual these days! First came the sunset – which I have shared with you! Then ‘the blue hour’. And still another hour later came the red colors!
Then the time was approximately 11.30 PM!

11.30 and still fairly bright. Does it go dark in Summer?

Down South where I live, from around midnight or perhaps even one hour later (depending on the cloud ceiling), but further North (North of 23 deg N, the sun remains above the horizon for 24 hours a day! But then they don’t have any sun at all during the winter.
      Not even at noon! 🙂

We don’t have the ‘midnight sun’ where I live, however, during summer we have no problem reading a newspaper outdoor at say 10.00 PM
