Buds of 2020

Etter en lang og nærmest håpløs vinter hvor naturen vekslet mellom minus/pluss og regn/snø fra dag til dag, så ser vi nå endelig tegn på at naturen blir litt mer normal.
Samtidig blomstrer ‘corona-viruset’ ut av all kontroll – ikke bare her, men over størstedelen av verden!
After a long and almost hopeless winter where nature  kept alternating between
minus / plus and rain / snow from day to day, we now finally observe signs that nature is slowly becoming a bit more normal?

At the same time, the ‘corona virus’ is blooming out of all control – not just here, but across most of  our world!
Unfortunately these buds did not become quite as sharp as I would have liked, but in my defense it must be said that a phone-camera does not have as good a grip as a professional camera and that this year’s first buds of a bridal spirea have a cross measurement  of approximately 1 mm!

Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to  INDEX  for a new picture/destination.

How wonderful to see buds coming! Something beautiful, we desperate need something uplifting!

It might even turn out to be some of the very last things I do here.
There are signs that I have contracted the corona virus, and at the moment I don’t exactly know what will happen here.
I might know more in a day or two, but no guarantees given! (After all I’m passed 83!)

Keep strong, you can do it! Even if you have it, you CAN recover! wishing you the best Svein!

Thank you for good wishes and yes, I know the strength in a immune system and mine should be one of the best. As I said, the symtoms are vague at least, but these days it pays to be attentive. Counting the days from ‘first observation’ , I should actually feel a bit worse than I actually do this morning, so ‘thumbs-up’ 😉
This is uncharted territory, but so was my cancer 9 years. (It died before me! 🙂 )

Spring can’t arrive too soon for me! One of the trees outside our window has buds. It’s a lovely sight. Stay well.

  3. Weather outlook looks brighter whilst health issues decline…. What next 🤔
