How High the Moon

‘frihånds-fotografering’. Og slik ble det!
Today, I had a direct line of vision to the moon  a bright sunny day. It was also a close to ‘full moon’ and – I couldn’t resist the temptation to test what my Huawei phone could get out of this situation.
I have taken a number of pretty spectacular moon photos in the past, but then with a regular professional camera, but how would my Huawei phone solve such a task? And in bright sunlight?
The distance to the moon it is something like 234 000 miles , and it goes without saying that half a millimeter of motion at the moment of exposure would become miles of deviation on the moon ?!
Basically I set the zoom to x10! With x20 I think the impact of even the slightest movements could have been too much to handle, but maybe my stabilizer could help me a little?  After all – it’s all aboutfreehand shooting. And – this is how it came out!
With a camera phone!

Wow! That is just pure and simple beauty. Fabulous shot, Svein.

I could have wished for a bit more sharpness, but concluded there was probably a slight haze up through the air, and since the distance at angle through the atmosphere was probably enough to reduce sharpness. Or – I may possibly have moved that millimeter . . . 🙂
    But I tried!

    Brilliant , really!
