Half Naked

This is not meant to entice you to see something obscene or ‘on the edge’ as it’s often called, but I can’t help but see how nature around us gradually adapts to the time that comes with snow and cold degrees?
And that’s why I have taken some pictures that illustrate what I mean and that show half naked trees and twigs stretching toward an otherwise blue sky. Snow and cold can come any day now!

Thank you! Yes, I know. This scene has been shot with a program named ‘Live colors’ in addition to a very light sensitive camera! Then it may look like this, but even if it may look like 2 UFO’s are hovering in the sky, it is not! 🙂

  1. Wow what beautiful blue sky’s contrasted with the earth.

I love this time of the year. In Norfolk we still haven’t had any frost., but plenty of rain – and sunshine! Great gallery.
Thank you so much reminding us about blogging – it was a busy time and we’re just back from Wales. 😉

  3. Autumn well and truly with us here in the UK now….but we still have more leaves on the trees than off them. WE wait the first real frost 🙂

  4. Fina bilder mot klarblå himmel.

Yep, “half-naked”, is a good description, Svein. Wonderful shots – clear and great detail.

Yes it goes faster in Norway. Our trees are still pretty full with leaves, coloured but still rather full.

It does, indeed! The real cold has yet not arrived, and we’ve had days with plus 15 degrees just recently, but – we have also had night temperatures below zero (C) ! The main problem being that there won’t be anyhthing worth shooting untill the snow (or morning frost) arrives!
