Heavenly Fireworks

Actually it started in a real modest way, just like it hadn’t really made up its mind . . .

And I was far from deciding whether to put my shoes on and start looking for a better position –
But it did look like it would be moving in the right direction?
And things started to happen on a wide front forcing me to shoot pictures in all directions!

And suddenly, just like someone had turned on the light, it became spectacular!

I’ll have to admit to a mistake here: I was testing out the combinations with ‘Living colors’ and the ability to switch focus points based on light more than contrasts, but didn’t contemplate that my camera would possibly get in trouble delivering a sharp picture?
And that’s exact what happened here, but at the time for me it was the colors alone being
in focus in my mind.

I ask your excuse that today you’ll have to scroll a bit, but should I have insisted on sticking to the formal 16:9 you would have missed out on a lot of colors and visions.
So – just today it will be the content of my motives that will decide what I do . . .

This picture is again shot in abit different direction, but now I’m shooting in the directions where something is happening!

As you may observe: Her the contact with the sourroundings are completely broken.
Here it’s solely the colors in the sky governing what I show you, but it’s also the last picture in this sequence as this fireworks disappeared as quickly as it started. I hope you liked it?

Compliments of SRB)

Your skies are like paintings, and as it seems you need to be there as it changes so fast. This is better than TV. Just look out the window and you got the best nature spectacle!

Thank you, Ute, however, not my window, but from my terrace! There are some interference from surrounding buildings, but as you have discovered: It changes rather quickly!

Amazing that you captured the sunset through its phases and well worth it, IMO. Stunning photos! Btw, I am still enjoying the video you sent me – wow!

  4. The only fireworks I like: no pollution, no noise, no scared animals
