After Snow

In a country like ours the most usual expression this time of the year is ‘After Ski’, and this entails the the wardrobe you choose and the activities one choose to participate in after a long day in the skiing tracks or the slopes!
But – after having had a rather long winter season rich on heavy snowfalls, I have decided to make one of my own: ‘After Snow’! And this expression entails catching natures many small signals that the spring is here, rolling up our sleeves, packing out the sun lotions and give in to the Easter?!
Oh, don’t you worry! There’s still a lot of snow in our garden, however, it has seriously diminshed over the last days, which allows for the crocus to poke their heads out of the ground and wish the spring welcome?! And regarding myself, I became tempted to wish them welcome with a few shots from my mobile camera.
Only I did , of course, forget that shooting such photos with the sun behind me, my screen goes completly black! And for all purposes it becomes quite impossible to se the details in the shot until they are loaded to the PC screen – away from the sun!
So – I’ll be starting off with one single shot that I could acknowledge from this afternoon!
The rest of the pictures I’ll have to shoot again tomorrow – provided sun – and with the sun at a different angle, but – I’m out of my winter hiding burrow! 🙂
