It’s always a bit exitiing when there are no obvious focus points in a chosen motif. Will the camera focus on anything at all? This I had to find out, and since my new mobilecamera doesn’t show any focusing points on the screen either, I was not at all sure how it would handle the situation when I pointed it towards a ‘curtain’ of straws along the roadside.
Fortunately this camera is equipped with something called ‘artificial intelligence’, which means that i will gradually learn what kind of motives I’ll be shooting.
Suddenly it signalled that it did recognize a lot of ‘flowers’ along the roadsides!
And the result became rather acceptable! 🙂

Please return me to INDEX for a new picture/destination.
All seems in focus whether it be in the foreground or background Svein.. Looks like you are busy exploring and enjoying taking your photos 😀
I am, and I’m getting increasingly impressed with the Leica camera inside that phone!
I can see you are.. They are amazing aren’t they and so clear 🙂
This camera shoots with a 40 mpx card!
🙂
This is perfect, six times
Why, thank you Paola! A bit unexpected, but rather happy with it!
Now I know it will handle such a situation!
Acceptable depth, indeed, but it also presents rather sharp images of the straws in the immediate foreground in spite of the lack of a definite focus point – which impress me!
Looking through the flowers makes this shot most interesting. To me, this photo has a lot of depth.
