You might probably have seen a number of such panorama picture of the Kjekstad farm before? And that’s quite OK, because this time I’m trying to compare the quality of the new mobilephone with that of previous shots. So if you insert ‘Kjekstad’ into the small search window directly below my top frame, I’m pretty sure you’ll find several previous shots for comparison?
Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to INDEX for a new picture/destination.
It’s so peaceful
Yes, but this is farming land. Nearest city is 5 miles away!
Fantastic colours and super landscape!
Thank you, Ute!
This shot is just as stunning as your older shots of Kjekstad. Fall has been almost non-existent this year, unfortunately. The weather is certainly changing.
Thank you, Eugenia! Yes, the weather situation (and the climate) seems to be changing!
And it’s a natural result once our Earth warms up, the evaporation from our oceans will increase. And thre clouds will only hold so much before they are emptying it all on us.
More evaporation, more clouds, more heat and our glaciers starts to melt.
More weather! Stronger winds/storms, floods – you name it. And I’m afraid it has gone too far already. A selfinducing process that will result in a temperture rise of 5-6 degrees.
Then deserts will increase, oceans rising and the larger cities along the coasts will be partly submerged. The real problems will start to occur around 2050 and onwards . . .
Stephen Hawking had a valid point! He gave humanity 100 years to leave the planet!
Unfortunately most of us never will!
The colours are great! Which phone is it? I use the Huawei Mate 10 Pro a lot and very impressed with it.
That was my old one lying here on my desk awaiting to be sold. This new one is the Huawei Mate 20 Pro with a camera shooting at 40 mpx. And since I play a lot with macro shooting, especially duyring summer, I just had to try it out!
I’ll be interested to see the photos from the Mate 20. I’m so impressed with the Mate 10.
All the pictures published today has been shot with the Mate 20 Pro
Looks great. I leave my DSLR behind these days. The Lumix TZ100 with the Mate 10 Pro and Snapseed do the job very nicely.
Well I have tried a number of TZ-series from Panasonic, butr the sad story is that even if they are small ands kind of practical, I’ve returned them all in 2-3 days because they never seemed to anticipate what kind of motive I was aiming at. (Not for me!”)
Today my maain camera is the mirrorless Olympus OM E M-1 with a 5 axis stabilizer, but even if it wheigs only half of my Canon, it’s to heavy to carry around the neck for hours.
I have also been using some of the LUMIX series. It started with LUMIX 20, then 50 and ended with the mod. 100 It was an OK camera at the time!
Lovely curved landscape with the beautiful intensity of autumnal colours – like it.
Thank you. The very last fling of fall, I guess. Snow may be falling any day now.
Last snow height I heard was at 400 meters, and we live at slightly above 100.
That counts for a difference of only 2 degrees! .
Seems as if the long summer moves directly towards winter.
Yes, the fall has been very short compared to previous years, but two years back the spring came very early – in fact in mid-February!
Things are changing!
This one seems quite a bit more color saturated than the previous ones, which is not bad.
Hi, Jason, I might have touched onto some button (I honestly don’t know) but at least I know it’s within the cameras capacity to deliver such pictures. Thing takes time! 🙂
