Jeg har ventet dem lenge, men nå er de her! Uten den minste respekt for annen manns eiendom tar de seg til rette og plyndrer lystig alt de får tak i – til og midt på lyse dagen!
I’ve been expecting them for some time, and now they are here – in numbers!
With no respect what-so-ever for other peoples property they’re marauding whatever
within reach – even in bright daylight!
.
Og de holder skarp utkikk! Av og til får man følelsen av at de har øyne i nakken?!
And they are keeping a sharp lookout for possible dangers. At times it feels like they have eyes in the back of their necks?
.
.
.
Og hele tiden har de en egen evne til ikke å bli sett?!
And all the time it seems they have an ability not to be spotted?!
.
Auda, der kom jeg visst til å snu på hodet? Det var ikke mer som skulle til!
God tur videre da!
Aw, I guess I happened to turn my head there for a second? That was all i took!
Bon voyage!

Please return me to INDEX for a new picture/destination.
Lovely colors. Leaves are only just beginning to turn in New Jersey
Oh, I know how it might turn out. I once travelled by ship into Lake Ontario along the boarders of Vermont and can still remember the vivid colors of fall!
Beautiful photos.. And the blackbirds have been feasting on the Rowan Berries on our neighbours garden.. The branches are weighted down with thousands of berries.. 🙂
Feels like I’m running a breakfast inn sometimes! 🙂
Oh, they are greedy, aren’t they?! Your last shot is stunning.
The problem being that my camera is usually set for optimum results when they are sitting in one place only, but such actions like this needs at least 1/1000 sec., so unfortunately not too sharp . . .
I especially like the last image.
Out of here . . .! 🙂
They clearly enjoy this abundance of berries! Great pictures!
They are, indeed!
They need some lunch too. Beautiful fall colors! Do you have snow yet? We have a chance tomorrow!
We’ve had a record breaking rainstorm on our west coast (approximately 200 mm in 24 hours), but the latest forcasts predict mild winds from the South for the next 33 days and with temperatures around 15-20 C!
Hard to believe, but it has happened before!
Several years back I experienced swimming in tempertures around plus 18-20 degrees – at night – but that was very far from normal! It never happened again! 🙂
We’ve been experiencing a lot of rain too. The hurricanes in the south are affecting our typical weather patterns. It’s raining and 38° F (3° C) right now so it won’t be long before the snow starts!
But you are well beyond the reach of Hurricane Michael, I hope?
Yes we are in the upper Midwestern part of the country
Good to know!
