The Birds View

3-4000 passasjerer inn denne fjorden dypt under oss.
Today we bring you a panorama shot from one of our best known tourist destinations:
Geiranger! But perhaps this particular shot has been taken at a somwhat unusual angle?
The waterfalls on the other side of the fjord are called ‘The 7 sisters’ – 7 separate waterfalls  all thundering down into the Geiranger fjord.
To put things into a better perspective: At times you may observe cruise vessels carrying as many as 3-4000 passengers sailing in the Geiranger fjord far below. And for those of you that would really like to se more of this beautiful place, we have , of course, long ago made an extensive photo report from Geiranger, but if you wish to see this photo report – please follow this link: GEIRANGER

Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to  INDEX  for a new picture/destination.
