The Otta-valley

Just after passing the little railway city of Otta, the sun made its way down into the valley, and I just had stop the car in order to secure a couple of shots from this beautiful valley.

In the back of this picture you may see the small settlement named Sel. The sharpest observers may also register a glimpse of the river named ‘Gudbrandsdalslaagen’ winding itself through the valley well sheltered by trees and shrubs along its banks.

(Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to  INDEX  for a new picture/destination.
