The other day something very strange happened! It looked like ther might be a sunset worth shooting, however, arriving on the scene I wasn’t all that happy with my possibillities. So – what’s really that strange regarding this sunset?
Well, in the moment I shot this scene, my camera was turned directly towards the East!!!
And that the sun was in fact descending behind my back – securely hidden behind thick layers of dark cloudbanks which prohibited the faintest glimmer of rays from the sun!
And I was still able to shoot this scene over the Eastern horizon!!! Thats unique!
(Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to INDEX for a new picture/destination.
Absolutely unique! Most beautiful mirror of a sunset. 🎉Christine
Yes, that would probably be a correct name to it!
Unbelievable!
🙂 Strange things may happen in a Norwegian evning!
Really!
Beautifully strange. Your photo has a lovely soft glow to it.
Something with the sun, I guess. The rays must have passed over the cloudbanks, and fortunately these were high enough to get hit?!
No stranger than the seasons we have been enjoying…..beautiful 🙂
Thank you! We’re back on track after a few days with snow up at the mountain range. Today we have lived through a sunny and very hot day with temperatures of 30 degress C in the shadows and Tuesday and Wednesday will be the same!
Ha! Beat that 31c today….rest of the week we will see 🙂
Thank you, Simon! Please stay tuned! 🙂
Been some amazing ones here of late
