Good Morning to you –

This friendly giant is fortunately not as dangerous as he may look. This specimen of the ‘Northern Wolffish’ lives mostly feeding on shells and various bottom creatures ot depths from a 100 – 900 meters. The official world record is something like 34 lbs, but it said that specimens have been caught weighing in at approximately 60 lbs!
(Be my guest! 🙂   )
I’m sorry that you might have to scroll in order to see it all, but this picture was taken at a time when the 16:9-format was virtually unknown to man! 🙂

(Compliments of SRB)
Please return me to INDEX for a new picture/destination.

  2. So that is why he needs large teeth to break those shells.. LOL.. 🙂
