Macro-shot of Today

Kristtorn er egentlig en urteplante og – det skal bare være en art i Europa med hvite blomster! ( Ilex aquifolium) Men – her gjelder det å skille seg litt ut!  I vår hage vokser ‘Kristtorn Mahonia’, også kjent som ‘Oregons Drue’ (Og det har den gjort i 40 år – minst!) !

Kristtorn is actually a herb, and it’s supposed to be only one species growing in Europe:
(Ilex aquiefolium) with white flowers! However, here it’s a bit of standing out!  🙂
For the last 40 years (at least) we’ve had the pleasure of hosting a Kristtorn Mahonia, also known as ‘the Grape of Oregon’.
