Asker – Heggedal

Et annet boligstrøk i Asker – på grensen til Røyken kommune – er Heggedal!
Heggedal ligger nydelig til med utsikt (for de fleste) over Gjellumvannet som følger  jernbanelinjen mellom Spikkestad og Asker.
Another residental area in Asker is the neigbouring settlement of Heggedal located on the boarder towards the municipality of Roeyken, and where most people have a lovely view across the lake ‘Gjellumvannet’ which stretches alongside the railway tracks between the settlement of Spikkestad and the city of Asker.
(Compliments of SRB)

Please return me to INDEX for a new destination.

Well, I know that there are areas where people live very close on each other, however. that’s a political choice. When you fly across large areas it’s a distinct difference country for country whilst in Norway living areas are spread throughout the countryside, whereas in Germany, France and Belgium everyone seems to be living i a settlement or city of some size, all connected by miles of roads. The difference being that in Norway people are also living along such roads!
