AURSTUPET

Her faller terrenget ca 900 meter rett ned!  Da føler man seg ganske liten og –
fri som fuglen!🙂

Back on the now renowned track called ‘Aursjoevegen’:
Suddenly a small sign along the road side: ‘Aurstupet’!
And being a curious person, of course, we had to leave the car and take on the terrain in order to find out what it was all about!

Here the terrain falls away approximately 3000 ft straight down! Then you feel rather
small – and free like a bird!

I drove Aursjøvegen in 2004 and it was one of the most remarkable roads I’ve drove until now.

It is! And we passed through quite a few years later! And I don’t think there had been a lot of maintenance, if you know what I mean? Which made the trip ever more exciting!
