Passing through the old part of Aamot in Modum, I became aware of an idyllic spot on the banks of the river: ‘Storelva’, and here it is! This river is originally coming from Lake Haglebu located in the upper part of Sigdal/Eggedal, but on the first leg of its journey it’s named ‘Haglebu River’. Later – after having passed trough ‘Lake Soneren’ and ‘Kraakefjord’ the name changes to ‘Storelva’.
Please remember that these (as all others) are ‘full screen photos’ that may be clicked into ‘full screen coverage’.

Please take me back to INDEX for a new destination.
Hi Millie,
Fish or no fish, I think sitting there would bring your soul at rest, a reaction that would be valid to most of us!
Breathtakingly beautiful. I could spend hours along those banks – perhaps many people do just that, especially fishermen.
