Ved en tilfeldighet våknet jeg tidlig! For å være nøyaktig: kl. 05.35 !
Solen var i ferd med å gi oss en ny dag med ‘blanke ark med fargestifter til’, men mitt kamera lå i kjeller’n! Søvndrukken ravet jeg ned trappa og grep kameraet, men – det hadde selvsagt macro-objektivet fra i går montert.
Dyrebare minutter gikk tapt og jeg bannet varmt da stortåa møtte et stolbein ganske uventet. Beit meg i leppa og styrtet mot kjellertrappa. Nå sto det om sekunder. Igjen fikk ankelen et ublidt møte med et trappetrinn og jeg hold på å knuse hele kameraet, men det holdt! Puh! Smerten jog gjennom beinet!
(Burde bare ha lagt meg igjen, men så var det dette motivet . . . For sent?
Eller holdt det akkurat så vidt? Det må du avgjøre!
By pure chance, I woke up early! To be precise: at. 05.35 precisely!
The sun was about to give us another new day with ‘blank sheets with crayons to go with it‘, but my camera happened to be down in the basement! Sleepy I staggered down the stairs and grabbed the camera, but , of course, it had still my macro lense from yesterday mounted.
Precious minutes were lost and I swore under my breath when my toe met a chair leg quite unexpected. Bit my lip and hooked my ankle underneath a step of the basement stairs. Now time was precious!. Again my ankle got an unpleasant encounter with a step and I nearly smashed my whole camera into the brick wall. The pain raced through my leg!
Why didn’t I just go back into bed? But then there was this motive . . .
But I believe I just made it! Whew! Or did I? You be the judge!

Thank you! I do like this one myself! We once had and artist and storyteller here in Norway called Th. Kittelsen and this picture is close to some of his paintings.

No worries about how long it takes to respond back. I know I am slow myself and often slow at posting comments as well. My computer has one of it’s feet in the grave and the other on a banana peel it seems… I get frustrated when it just spins and spins… LOL I always love your posts however and get by at every chance I can.

May be our computers ought to marry before going into their graves? I think mine is from 2008 🙂 and stubborn as it is, it doesn’t respond to just anyone anymore!
But – replacing it means I’ll have to respond to a lot of new programmes and (hard to admit 🙂 ) I’m no longer as responsive myself anymore as I once was.
The other obvious solution is to follow my computer into the grave myself? 😀
