Close to home –

Tenkte jeg bare ville ta et par raske fotos i min umiddelbare nærhet!
Nærmest bare for å dokumentere sommeren 🙂

Thought I would only take a few quick photos around my iminent neighbourhood!
Just to document the summer, so to speak 🙂
Pictures 104bBenken hvor morgenkaffen inntas – når været tillater!
The ‘morning coffee bench’ – in use when the weather is agreeable.

Pictures 109Her i Norge kaller vi den gule blomsten for ‘Fredløs’.
In Norway we call this yellow flower ‘Fredløs’, but I hav ben’t the foggiest idea what you call it in English 🙂

Pictures 107Inngangspartiet til vårt hjem!
The entrance to our home!

Pictures 106b‘Tagetes i en trillebår’, – brunsneglenes absolutte favorittkost, gjerne med litt øl . . .   En kunnskap jeg skal benytte meg av når jeg konstruerer min egen sneglefelle!
Tagetes in a wheelbarrow, – the iberian brown snails absolute favourite,  and with beer to go with it! A knowledge I’ll use constructing my own ‘snail-killer’!

And we do have some nice evenings, just like you
