Bumblebees can’t fly!

Hei!

Hey! Why am I placed in the middle of nowhere on this enormous table and with no food within reach? I’ve got no time for this! Get me out of here!

Relax, my friend! We only wanted a better look in order to clarify a small mystery that has bothered us for some time! Please tell us: By the way, do you have a lisence for passenger traffic?

It’s a mite!  Actually a ‘stowaway’, so could you please see to it that his taken out?

– – –

Picture 7176You’ve all probably heard it before? Bumblebees can’t fly!  If we consider body weight related to wings and loading capacity, there is no way a bumblebee would be able to fly!
But it does! Every day, and the whole day from morning to night! And that’s not all:
It flies with a cargo! And a substantial cargo it is when compared to body weight!

The bumblebee is our daily proof that ‘nothing is impossible’! That we may never accept that things can’t be done, and that there most likely always is a way, a solution to a problem, that we haven’t seen or thought of just yet.

This guy seem to have lost 20-25% of his load? That means he’s been carrying a even bigger load that in the moment and – we are only observing what he’s carrying on his left leg. For optimum balance he’s probably carrying just as much on his right!

So perhaps it would be smart if we humans acknowledged that we still don’t fully understand the laws of nature? And even if things may seem contradictive, there’s most likely always an explanation and that there might still be a thing or two that we don’t quite understand about nature?😀
