All of a sudden and ‘extreme alert’ was sounded. And it wasn’t a stormwarning or about heavy rainfall of sorts, but our cherished and romantic looking moon which was all of a sudden much closer to the Earth than it had ever been!
And even if I have hundreds of pictures of the moon from before, I felt the need to get my camera and document this happening.
Of course, the layers of clouds were heavier than usual. And who hasn’t heard about ‘Murphys law’? But then suddenly I got a short glimpse of the elusive megasized moon through the clouds. And so do you!

I have that huge moon Sunday night, too. It was amazing and so beautiful. Your photo is wonderful. Ha en kjempefin dag. 😀
Thank you! Yes I guess it was visible over most of the planet 🙂 and I thank the clouds for the few shots I got.
An unforgettable view it is! Great photo!
Thank you! I would have wished it to be a bit sharper, but due to the clouds I didn’t get to try more than a couple of shots.
